Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.

The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
